Speaking of Nao and Yuuka [Uranus and Neptune specifically]… who can’t love their song “DESTINED COUPLE” written specifically for the two in their final performance, 2002 Summer’s “Mugen Gakuen ~ Mistress Labyrinth”. Thank goodness they didn’t let Asako touch this song later.

What I love about DESTINED COUPLE it shows a side to Haruka that’s not even touched on in the anime, and really gives a three-dimensional perspective of her character in particular… and that not all that meets the eye is in this relationship… That although Haruka looks like she supports Michiru it is in reality Michiru who is the more mature, more experienced and braver Soldier supporting Haruka, such a beautiful relationship makes me want to cry. Excuse the Portugese (?)  Subtitles.

So, I reblogged a few shots from this last night but had to go back and see the scene for myself. They have finished several numbers and it is time for the Senshi to head back and change costumes. Usagi announces there will be an all male corner causing Haruka to say “huh?”
